User Data Deletion
Last updated: April 4, 2026
If you have used Homebound with a Meta (Facebook) login or other connected account, you can remove our access and request deletion of data we hold as follows.
1. Remove Meta / Facebook app access
- Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations, depending on your account).
- Find Homebound (or the app name shown in your dashboard) and remove or turn off access.
- Meta’s help explains how to revoke app access; this stops further data sharing through that connection.
2. Request deletion of data stored by Homebound
Send an email from the address associated with your account (or include your Meta user ID / app-scoped user ID if you know it) so we can verify your request. Ask for “deletion of all personal data associated with my Homebound account.”
Contact: vyakunin@gmail.com
3. What we delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize your imported content, account identifiers, and related logs that are not required for legal or security obligations. Deletion may take up to 30 days to propagate through backups.
4. Privacy policy
See our Privacy Policy for how data is processed.
